3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour (available at Whole Foods)
1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
I've tried a few different paleo + Whole Life Challenge approved pancake recipes this week, and today I combined some ingredients from the best recipes into this. Top with almond butter and fruit for a real treat. Clean almond butter can be found at Whole Foods. These are amazing!
